The Infrastructure and Digital Assets (IDA) team provides a range of asset-based services to support the delivery of Corrections' core business. The newly established Digital Workplace Systems team takes care of our systems and assets that provide communication, collaboration and productivity capabilities. We are passionate about delivering solutions that modernise our way of working, delivering life changing digital technology for the people we manage and our staff. With this in mind, we're currently looking for a Technical Lead to join the team.
As the Technical Lead you will provide leadership across all aspects of the solution design, implementation and governance of Microsoft 365. You will collaborate with vendors, digital teams, and subject matter experts to ensure technical solutions align with project outcomes, strategic objectives, and technical standards. Additionally, you will lead the development, implementation, and documentation of technical designs and integrations, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards and guiding these through architecture governance and technology change processes.

To be successful in this position you will be a values and growth-driven individual with:
- Expertise in architectural design, systems integration, and secure solutions.
- Expert guidance to projects and stakeholders across the delivery lifecycle with a specific focus on Microsoft and Cloud technologies including Dynamics365, Power Platform and SharePoint.
- Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills, with the ability to effectively navigate complex, multi-vendor environments and bring people along the technical delivery journey.
- Experience in designing and implementing secure solutions that align with internal and external standards, along with expertise in data management and data governance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical documents into clear, understandable language.
- Ability to manage your time effectively in a self-driven agile environment

Utu ā-tau | Salary
The mid-point of the salary range is $147,765 per annum and the full range (85%-120%) is $125,601 - $177,318 per annum. Appointment and remuneration will reflect skills and experience relevant to the role.
