Mō te tūnga | About the role
We have an exciting 9-month fixed term opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst to join our Business Analyst team, in our Wellington National Office. This team is responsible for delivering services across our six digital product groups and business initiatives.
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for driving meaningful change and business improvements for our Health Services.
Your work will be integral to ensuring that our business needs are clearly communicated and understood, helping to shape the solution that directly impacts the effectiveness of our systems, and the quality of service provided.

To be successful in this role you will have:
- Demonstrated strong Business Analysis experience and in-depth knowledge of commonly used business analysis techniques and tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate collaboration and understanding between technical and non-technical teams
- Significant problem-solving experience and preparation of business requirements, functional specifications and as built documents for development and implementation
- Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills
- Experience in Practice Management systems is desirable
- Knowledge of ADO (Azure Dev Ops) and Agile methodologies is helpful

Utu ā-tau | Salary
The mid point of the salary range is $119,013 per annum and the full range (85%-120%) is $101,162 - $142,816 per annum. Appointment and remuneration will reflect skills and experience relevant to the role.
