We're looking for a dedicated and proactive Administration Support Officer to join our Pae Ora (Health) Services team in a full-time, permanent role. This position is central to ensuring smooth operations and accurate management of medical information.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining and updating medical records
• Reception duties and scheduling appointments
• Coordinating travel bookings and managing calendars
• Supporting the team with day-to-day administrative tasks
• Maintaining databases and ensuring operational efficiency

This is a dynamic role offering variety, challenges, and continuous support to help you succeed.

He kōrero mōu | About you

You'll bring:

• Strong computer skills and fast, accurate keyboarding
• Experience with Word and Excel (essential)
• Familiarity with SAP and MedTech (advantageous)
• Knowledge of health systems and medical terminology (preferred)
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach

Utu ā-tau | Salary

Salary range: $64,717 – $68,434, based on skills and experience.
